When you use our contact form, we process the data you provide (name, company, email, phone, enquiry content) exclusively to handle your request.

5. Hosting & form delivery
Form requests are delivered via a service provider (Web3Forms). Their privacy terms apply in addition.
6. Payment service providers (Stripe & PayPal)
We use payment service providers to process online payments. When you choose an online payment, the data required for payment processing (including name, address, email address, invoice and payment data, amount, currency, transaction and contract data as well as technical data such as your IP address) is transmitted to the respective provider. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of the contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure, fraud-free payment processing).
Stripe: The provider for the EEA is Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland. Stripe acts partly as an independent controller and partly as a processor. Processing may also take place in the USA; Stripe, Inc. is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and additionally relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR). PayPal: The provider is PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg. With regard to payments processed via PayPal, PayPal is an independent controller. Processing may also take place outside the EU (including in the USA); PayPal is currently not certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and relies on appropriate safeguards for such transfers, in particular the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR).
